All content, indicators, code, designs, and materials provided through SharkAlgo are owned by SharkAlgo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without explicit written permission.

SharkAlgo does not provide financial advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance of our indicators or signals does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and should consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account access or indicator scripts with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our indicators
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Distribute spam or unauthorized marketing materials
